Sanity?
Homeschool today? Check. Library books on counter? Check. Fresh cow heart via Captain Berg the escape cow? Check. Cow tongue? Check. Cow tail? Check. Dissection videos? Check. Fresh wild rabbit in crockpot? Check. A grossed out mommy? Check. 6 knife wielding children? Check. Sanity?......I asked sanity anyone?

i hope when you are done disecting you'll eat the heart and tongue... and tail?! yum!
Karen, I'm just not there yet. I getting there..but I just can't bring myself to do it. The tongue is just the worst. We knew the cow, she was sweet, and she was the only one with a black and white tongue, it's like...I know that tongue, I can't eat it.
well just so you know, the bumpy outer part of the tongue, with all the taste buds, comes off, and tender juicy perfect for taco type meat is underneath ;)
