Isn't He amazing?

O.k., this is fascinating. I'm a homeschool mom, what can I say? I got this email tonight and it was really neat! It just boggles my mind that the earth was created first by God, then the universe...therefore we are the center of the universe, we are the reason it was created. Nothing existed before the day God created the Earth. The space beyond our universe is so immense no one can wrap their mind around it, yet our God is still *bigger* and controls it all. I love pictures like these that try to bring things into perspective.

It gets hard to read. That little orange dot is our Sun.

Arcturus, from the previous picture, is to the left of the white star Rigel.

Antares is the 15th brightest star in the sky. It is more than 1000 light years away.

"Are not two sparrows sold for a cent? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows."
Matt 10:29-31
~*~
In Luke 12:6 Jesus says 'and yet not one of them{sparrows} is forgotten' which means *to treat with inattention or disregard - to not notice*...the sparrows...He picked the most common bird. Not one of the millions of sparrows on this earth at any time is treated without the direct attention/care of God - yet we are more valuable than many.
