So, if you’ve ever wondered, and I know you have, this is what happens when your children accidentally leave the doors open on the baby bunny cages. We now have many large white rabbits wild, running around our property. No one can catch them. Rabbits are crepuscular(sp?) which means their active awake periods are at dawn and at dusk.
Early this morning I was getting a cup of java and when I looked out my kitchen window there were 5 large bunnies in my driveway. I have no idea how many more there are around here, we lost something like twelve…boys and girls…. <sigh> Oh well, we couldn’t sell them on the Craigslist for the life of us, food was getting to be nuts, so maybe this is a good thing? On the bright side, I guess we created our own controlled hunting grounds for the boys.
And yes, that is fog you see. FOG. F..O..G. Fall fog. Cold fog. Summer is ending fog. So sad.
