But life is busy and blogging is the first to go. I will post closer to the weekend. I went to rotate the chicken eggs last night and I heard them peeping & one was cracked. They break through an air pocket up to three days before hatching and the little guys call out to their mamma. So cute.
Jacob has Softball Clinic this week at our pastors house. He is having so much fun. Yesterday, his first day, I went to pick him up and asked how he did. He needed better shoes, cleats, maybe? All he has are Romeos, I can't afford cleats! As we left I asked the Lord to please help us find a pair of cleats, or even tennis shoes, just so he could play better. I went to the consignment store from there and found 1 pair of cleats, good shape, a little on the big side and a good price. Score! He was happy. Then we came home and I told a neighbor how the Lord provided so quickly and she hauls out a pair of even better cleats, fit like a glove. Wow! Even better!
Then we get home and my sister calls and said her husband had dug through his old stuff and found a pair that would fit Jacob, too. In a matter of 5 hours the Lord provided three fold. We stuck with my neighbors pair and praise the Lord we have a personal God who cares for our little needs and hears our every prayer.
