This first post warrants a warning, as noted.
Here are my crazy children out playing yesterday in freezing cold weather BUT because the sun was shining that made it reminiscent of summer, for some WEIRD reason. Off came the shoes and socks and they all put shorts on. No coats.
Where was their mother?! Sipping coffee and reading.
You know, my son Daniel(8) is the hardest working boy I have ever met. With a smile on his face and a happy and obedient "Yes mamma!" He goes out to do his chores every day which include feeding and watering all the rabbits, giving them hay, making sure there are 30 pieces of wood on the back porch every day and feeding and watering the "big dogs". On top of this he keeps the staircase, upstairs bathroom and hallway clean everyday along with other misc chores. He is known for his cheerful spirit and always completing a job without being nagged. HOWEVER, we all have our moments, don't we? I do. Yesterday I reminded him to get his 30 pieces of wood as the back porch was empty and the house was getting rather cool . He did it awful quick. I went out to grab fire wood and I found the above pic. Less than 30 pieces of the smallest itty bitty peices of wood in the woodshed. The stack is normally 3x larger than this. Daniel, Daniel... Tsk, tsk.
We had our lunch guests today. Debbie V and her beautiful daughters. I don't know why I ever plan to make a meal for these guys when they come over because she always brings it with her. We invited HER for lunch, to serve HER, but she arrived with a pot full of homemade soup, fresh baked bread and a cake for dessert! I tell ya. The children ran and played most the afternoon and got a good dose of vitamin D and exercise.
Here are my babies. Growing like weeks and cute as buttons. They love to be held and we looove company.....any takers?

Okay, so does Debbie want to bring lunch and come to my house next? :o) For those of us relatively "new" to the Jardinski family, I have been hoping for a previous pregnancy post that tells things like whether your babies are usually late or early, whether your labors are usually long or short, etc. Have you had all your babies at home? Have you had the same midwife for each?
Adrienne plays outside in her sundress with flipflops on. She doesn't get the whole winter thing at all, that it's COLD. If it's below 40, I do have her put pants on under the sundress and socks and shoes...if she doesn't get by me first.
Sounds like a fun day! Hugs, Marie
