...And say we are out of the teens! I don't know the significance of that one, but it seems everyone is happy there are now 12 days left until my due date. Every little bit counts. I find little slips of paper counting down my due date when cleaning their rooms. The big thing is to feel their brother having the hiccups. he is getting so big(yikes) that everyone can watch/feel my stomach jump every two seconds. Kristy, I can't imagine what it was like with twins, it must have felt like you were popcorn maker!
I have one jumper that fits. I have one skirt that fits. I am eyeing that Hillary tent my husband has stored away with the camping supplies. My wardrobe is so depleted. I am actually looking forward to all those *fat* clothes waiting for me in the closet!!
I feel drained all day, finally collapsing in bed, I sleep for about 3 hours, wake and then stare at the ceiling until dawn. Go figure, maybe conditioning myself for nursing a newborn? Lol. Ah, the joys of creating a new little soul.
Today I fed the goats, managed school, washed the kennels, fed the rabbits, held the baby goats, deep cleaned the living room with much help, fed the chickens, ran to a friends house and dug up three beautiful hazelnut trees she didn't want, loved on my goat and returned yet ANOTHER cup full of frog eggs to the pond. I am tired of finding frog eggs in drinking cups! Anyone want a frog egg project for school? Come to my house! Free frog eggs.
Our little bunnies are getting hair on them so they don't make me so squeamish anymore. They are getting reeeeeally cute. I must take a pic...

I guess a popcorn maker does make a good discription of how two babies feel. It was so neat to feel the boys play together inside me. They were way more active than Theya. Very exciting that you're almost due!
We would LOVE frog eggs!! (And some tips on how to take care of them so that they may actually hatch!) -Hilary :)
We have eggs right into May. As long as the eggs are kept in unheated, cooler water in a small fish tank or a quart jar they do well. I just changed out 1/4 of the water every day, this is my own way, so don't know if it is right, but it works!
I feed fish food until they go outside in a bigger container. Was it you Hilary that mentioned last year you noticed you could manipulate the rate that they changed? Shallow warmer water made them morph(for lack of proper terms) quickly and deep cold water made them stay the same pretty much? We played with that and found it to be SO true. We placed several un-morphing tadpoles from our deep garden pond in our indoor heated fish tank and they changed to frogs in like 4 days, it was aMAZEing! So we decided how wonderful it is that God gives them to ability to quickly change and escape a drying, evaporating pond.
